Orders that enter after 12 AM cannot be guaranteed to leave that same day.

On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, no shipments are made.

For orders by email or phone, it will be essential to confirm the order as well as the purchase conditions of our online store by email.

In sales to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, VAT will not be charged (21%), however the customs system will apply the corresponding tax charges that the customer must pay. In no case will we be able to determine the amount of taxes to be paid by the client when receiving his order since it depends on the "I.G.C" and "Canary Islands customs". Please note that shipping may generate customs management fees that are not our responsibility, so we cannot offer more information about these costs.

IMPORTANT: If the client rejects the payment of said taxes, the package will be returned by the transport agency generating costs that the client must pay.
